We manually fit each portrait so that the light, colors, and proportions appear natural – as if they were truly together at the same moment.

Through manual editing, we adjust the light, proportions, tones, and shadows so that the result looks completely natural.

We can digitally enhance, sharpen, and adjust most photos so they look like you all stood in front of a photographer that day.

Of course, the better the photos – the more perfect the result will be, so always send us the best you have.

Even if you think your pictures are “unusable” – you’ll be surprised at what we can do.

In rare situations where a photograph is technically too damaged or of insufficient quality for professional editing, we will contact you after the order and ask for a better photograph.

If a better photograph does not exist and we assess that we cannot create the portrait to the quality we guarantee, the order will be canceled and the money will be fully refunded.

After your order, we process the photograph and then you receive a digital version of the portrait via email to view before creation

You can suggest changes (which we will apply within possibilities) or confirm the final look.

Without your approval, the portrait will not go into production.

What if you don't like the design?

The vast majority of customers approve the portrait after the first version. As much as 99% of customers are satisfied with the digital display and continue with the production without the need for a refund.

Before printing, you receive a digital preview for confirmation and have the opportunity to make corrections, so that the portrait fully meets your expectations.

In extremely rare situations, even after making corrections, if you do not want to continue with the production, we allow a 70% refund of the paid amount, provided that the printing has not yet started.

The retained portion covers the creative work, manual photo editing, and time invested in creating a personalized display.

We believe that this model is a fair balance between customer security and invested professional work.

After your approval and the start of printing, refunds are no longer possible, as the product is made exclusively according to your order.

Our team carefully creates the portrait and sends you a digital preview for confirmation before printing. If needed, we make corrections.

After your approval, we print on premium canvas and ship it to your address — or directly to the person you are gifting it to, anywhere in the world.
