How do I order?
Ordering is simple: click "Order", choose the canvas size, frame, and production time, describe how you want the portrait to look, and upload your photos. We then perform the editing and send you a digital preview for approval โ the portrait only goes to print once you have confirmed it.
What kind of photos are needed for merging?
Send the best photos you have โ the better the quality, the better the result. Pictures can be old, blurry, or black and white; in most cases, we can digitally repair and sharpen them. The most important thing is that the faces are clearly visible.
What is the maximum number of people you can merge?
There is no strict limit โ we merge both small and large families. For a larger number of people, we recommend a larger canvas size so that every face remains clear and recognizable. If you are unsure, write to us before ordering and we will advise you.
Does print quality depend on dimensions?
Yes. The larger the canvas dimension, the higher the quality of photos required. If the image is of lower resolution, we advise on the optimal size so that the result remains sharp and clean.
Do you send a preview before printing and shipping?
Yes โ always. Before printing, you receive a digital preview via email, and we only begin production after your confirmation. Nothing goes to print without your approval.
What if we are not satisfied with the image when you send it?
Suggest changes and we will make them until you are satisfied. If you do not wish to continue even after corrections, and printing has not yet started, we refund 70% of the paid amount; the remaining portion covers manual processing and creative work.
Can we send the picture as a gift to an address of our choice?
Of course. We ship the portrait to any address you specify โ ideal when you want to surprise someone with a gift. Upon request, we do not include an invoice with the shipment.
How is payment handled?
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via the secure CorvusPay system. Your data is protected and is not stored by us.

We ship worldwide โ Serbia, the entire region, and abroad. No matter where you are, the portrait will reach your address.
Is the picture framed?
You choose the frame yourself when ordering โ you can order the canvas with or without a frame, according to your taste and space.
What kind of backgrounds can there be?
We adapt the background to the portrait โ we offer neutral and warm tones that highlight the faces, and you can also request a specific color or setting of your choice.
What material is used?
We print on gallery-quality canvas, with manual processing โ the colors are durable, and the canvas is ready to hang on the wall.

What if the picture is damaged during transport?
If the picture arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and send a photo of the damage โ we will produce and send a new one at no extra cost.
